French born with a mother from France and an American father stationed in Paris. Exposed to culinary arts from a young age a hospitality industry career evolved of passion and joy from the kitchen to the board room. Recruited at the end of 1992 from San Diego California by a multinational 5 star hotel landing in Hong Kong and worked around the Asian region since with multiple multinationals and scores of the strongest local branded operators and operations in Asia.
